Mildred Mabirizi was born and raised in Uganda, but currently lives in Texas, USA. As the founding President of ALIVE International- Mildred’s grounding propped her to greater service to God, in other spheres of her life. She is passionate about sharing and reflecting the love of Jesus in the workplace.

Ms. Mabirizi is a transformational leader with over 20 years of industry experience. An electrical engineer by discipline, she has held various roles in transformation, refining, petrochemicals, and engineering. Currently, Mildred supports BP Onshore wind teams to drive business operational efficiency. She uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to help others reach their full potential.

As a Co-founder of TorchPoint, a career development consulting firm, she is passionate about guiding professionals toward fulfilling and successful careers. Mildred co-authored the book, “Innovate Your Career – Become Indispensable,” and has worked with various large and small organizations, leveraging her understanding of the dynamic nature of today’s workplace. Her approach combines practical insights with a focus on individual strengths, helping career professionals identify and capitalize on their unique talents and core values. 

Mildred serves as the School Board Chair for Conroe Adventist Academy; and enjoys teaching Children Sabbath School. She previously served as an Adventurer Club Director for five years; and currently works with the Pathfinder Club at her local church. She enjoys running, baking, singing, and spending time with her loving husband and their two kids.
