Attending Sabbath will be free at GYC Africa, but you will need to register first, and you will also need to make arrangements for your lunch.

Cancellation Policy

Conference registration fees and exhibit fees are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the registrant should notify GYC Africa, but no refund will be given.

Babcock Guest House Hotel

Regular (Single bed: 4.5′ x 6′) — $23 per night | $115 for total stay

Regular (Two twin beds: 3.5′ x 6′) — $33 per night | $165 for total stay for the room

Junior Deluxe – $30 per night | $150 for total stay

Meals will be available from dinner on Thursday, April 17 up to breakfast on Tuesday, April 22.

Lacto-ovo vegetarian meals (per meal) — $4 | ₦ 5,000

Vegan meals (per meal) — $4.5 | ₦ 7,000

* GYC Africa serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are vegan with lacto-ovo options. If you are gluten free or have other food allergies or restrictions we recommend providing your own meals.

Airport Transfer from Murtala Muhammed Airport to Babcock University

We are pleased to inform you that transportation arrangements are being organized from Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos to Babcock University. The journey is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The cost of transportation will range between $7 and $50, depending on the number of attendees arriving within a similar time frame. The greater the number of people arriving in a specific time period, the lower the cost per person.

To facilitate these arrangements, we kindly request that interested attendees share their travel itineraries with us as soon as possible. This will enable us to plan effectively and provide a cost-effective and convenient transport solution.
