There is a base $12 registration charge, and you can pick meal and accommodation options on top of this base charge.
One meal is charged at either $4 or $4.5 for lacto-ovo vegetarian or vegan meals respectively, and you can have up to 14 meals which includes dinner on Thursday, April 17 and breakfast on the Tuesday, April 21.
For the sharing rooms, you will be at liberty to choose who you will be sharing a room with subject to availability, and there are dedicated wings for ladies and gentlemen with separate utilities.For the Babcock Guest House Hotel, there are limited rooms available, and they will be allocated on a first come basis. If you are in doubt of availability, email us at registration@gyc.africa and we can provide a separate link to process your payment after your registration.
By continuing to register, please note that you will be charged . The payment will appear in your bank statement from GYC AFRICA.
