Babcock has offered to provide transport services at a cost (attendees will cover their own expenses).
If interested, you are required to share your travel itineraries. To facilitate this, We have created this form for interested attendees to submit their travel details.
The primary objectives of the form are:
- To avoid any mix-ups.
- To ensure no one opting for pickup is missed.
NOTE:
- Pickups will only be facilitated between Tuesday 15th – Friday 18th
- Dropoff will only be facilitated between Monday 21st – Wednesday 23rd
Exact cost implication will be communicated by 14th April 2025. Please email logistics@gyc.africa in case this communication is not done by then.
