How it began

In July 2024, young people from 17 countries met in Nairobi for the first GYC Africa Conference. Since then it has moved to Nigeria and Zambia, and mission teams have served in more than ten countries.

Our mission

Empowering African communities, with a strong focus on youth, through holistic ministry. We nurture young people spiritually, physically, mentally, socially and economically to become proactive agents of positive change in anticipation of the imminent return of Christ.

Our vision

Moving Africa for Christ.

We want to see a generation of African youth fully surrendered to Christ, grounded in the Bible and committed to finishing the gospel commission in their lifetime.

What we do

Annual conference

Once a year, young Adventists from across Africa gather for worship, Bible preaching, seminars, fellowship and outreach.

Missions

Teams go to rural communities, cities and university campuses to visit homes, serve practical needs and lead Bible studies.

We train young people to study the Bible, give Bible studies, lead and share their faith where they study and work.
