All meals are vegan. If you are gluten free or have other food allergies or restrictions, we recommend providing your own meals.

Sabbath programming is free all-day Saturday. If you plan to attend during this time, please complete the registration form and select the free Sabbath pass option.
There are no free meals provided on Sabbath. You can add the Sabbath meals to your registration if you wish to eat in the meal hall on Sabbath.
Conference registration fees and exhibit fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the registrant/exhibitor must notify GYC AFRICA; however, no refund will be issued. Accommodation and meal fees are refundable upon following the approved procedure and obtaining the necessary approvals.
Attendees may transfer their registration packages to another individual, subject to prior confirmation and approval by GYC AFRICA.
Attendees may upgrade their packages (e.g., from a meal package to a full package); however, downgrades are not allowed, as GYC AFRICA operates under a non-refundable policy.
