Africa’s largest youth mission conference — five days of Bible training, continental outreach, and real mission deployment. The 2024 conference produced 1,292 baptisms. The 2025 conference drew 1,400 attendees. Now it is Zambia’s turn.

Most young Adventists want to be in mission. They just have nowhere to go together.
Africa has the youngest population in the world. Nearly half the global SDA Church membership is here. Yet mission efforts happen in pockets — isolated, unconnected, without a shared platform that gathers, trains, and sends young people as one force.
The desire is real. The window to act on it is open right now. It will not stay open forever.

Everything You Need to Know
Is this conference for me if I have never done evangelism before?
Yes. You do not come because you are ready. You come to get ready. The training meets you where you are and takes you further — whether you have never led a Bible study or have been in active ministry for years.
Will attending pull me away from my local church?
The opposite. GYC Africa is a supporting ministry of the SDA Church and an ASI member. The entire design of the conference is to send you back to your local church stronger than when you left. Your youth director and church leaders are our partners.
Can I attend the conference and also join a mission site?
Yes. Several mission sites run before or after the conference dates of July 3 to 7. You can plan to do both. Visit gyc.africa/mission for all site dates and apply separately from your conference registration.
What if I register and something comes up?
Full details on our cancellation and transfer policy are available at gyc.africa/register. If your situation changes before the conference, reach out to our team directly and we will work with you.
Is the group pricing available for church youth groups?
Yes — group packages are designed specifically for church groups and campus ministries. Group of 5 is $124, Group of 10 is $240, and Group of 20 is $320. Register at gyc.africa/register and select your group size.
